Terms of sale

These terms apply to everything you buy on isaferrer.com: consultations, written readings, courses and paid guides.

Prices and payment. The price you see at checkout is the final price. You pay by card through Stripe, straight away. You get a confirmation by email.

Video-call consultations.

  • You choose the date and time when you book. Isa sends you the video-call link.
  • You can reschedule once, at least 48 hours in advance, by writing to info@isaferrer.com.
  • If you don't join at the agreed time and haven't let us know, the consultation counts as held.

Written readings. Isa prepares your reading and sends it to you as a PDF within the time stated on the service page.

Courses and paid guides. These are digital content. You get access as soon as the payment is confirmed, from My space, for as long as the course is published. Access is personal: the account is not to be shared.

Right of withdrawal. As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to info@isaferrer.com. We refund you within 14 days at most, by the same payment method. There are three exceptions (article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act):

  1. Courses and paid guides. If you ask for immediate access and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal, you lose it as soon as you get access. You accept this by ticking a box before paying.
  2. Written readings. If you ask for work to start straight away, you lose the right of withdrawal once the reading is delivered.
  3. Video-call consultations held within the 14 days. If you ask for the consultation to take place within that period, you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been held. If you withdraw before the consultation, we refund the full amount.

What this is and isn't. Psychological astrology is a tool for self-knowledge. It does not predict the future. It does not replace medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment, or legal or financial advice.

Intellectual property. The materials you receive (readings, courses, guides, certificates) are for your personal use. They may not be resold, shared or published.

Complaints and governing law. Write to info@isaferrer.com and we'll reply within one month at most. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
