This page explains which of your data we use, what for, who we share it with and how long we keep it.

What data we process and why

If you enter someone else's birth data, for example your child's, you confirm that you are entitled to do so, because you have their permission or parental responsibility. The services on this website are intended for people aged 18 and over.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your data. For the website to work, some providers process data on our behalf, under contract and only for this purpose:
- Supabase (database and accounts)
- Vercel (website hosting and cookie-free analytics)
- Stripe (payments: your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us)
- Resend (sending emails)
- Google (consultation calendar, and Gemini, which turns the calculator's voice or free text into data)
- GeoNames (city search: receives what you type in the city field and the coordinates of the place you choose)
- Upstash (abuse control: number of requests per connection)
- Meta (Instagram messages)
- Bunny.net (course videos)
- Our own astronomical calculation server, which only receives the date, time and place to calculate the chart
Some of them are in the United States. Those transfers are made with GDPR safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights. You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@isaferrer.com. If you have a My space account, you can download and delete your data yourself. If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies. We use the technical cookies the website needs to work and, only if you accept it, one cookie that measures which link you came from. The website analytics use no cookies. The details are in the cookie policy.
